Instructions to Join The Ashtra Titans Team

Fill out all the required fields in the Player Registration Form with accurate information.
Download the indemnity form here, print it, sign it, and upload the signed copy in the designated section.
Upload a valid Aadhar in the designated section for identification and verification purposes.
After submitting, we will review your application and get back to you regarding the next steps in the selection process.
Pay Registration Fees of Rs. 500/-, fully refundable after the match.
Selection to core team will be based on performance in trials.
You will sign a contract for playing in the core team.
If selected to the core team, a refundable security deposit of Rs. 11,000/- will be payable. The security deposit will be refunded upon layoff from the team.

What are the age requirements to join Ashtra Titans?

We are looking for players aged below 30 to join Ashtra Titans. Parental/Gaurdian consent will be required for all players.

Do I need prior experience to apply?

While prior cricket experience is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. We welcome passionate players at all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Our coaches will assess your potential during the trials.

How do I know if I’ve been selected?

Once your registration form is submitted, our coaches will review all applications. Selected players will be contacted via email or phone within two weeks of their application for the next steps, which include the trial date and venue details.

What documents do I need to bring to the trials?

If you are selected for trials, please bring the following documents:

A printed copy of your registration confirmation.
A signed indemnity and consent form (downloadable from our website).
A self-attested copy of your Aadhar Card for verification.

No, there is no fee to participate in the trials. A Fully Refundable Fee of Rs. 500/- will be payable. The amount will be refunded after the match.

Can I apply for multiple roles (e.g., batsman and all-rounder)?

Yes, you can apply for multiple roles. Simply select all the roles you’re interested in (such as batsman, bowler, all-rounder, etc.) in the registration form, and we will assess you accordingly during the trials.

What should I bring to the trials?

You should bring your own cricket gear (bat, gloves, pads, helmet, etc.). Make sure to wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle and any personal protective equipment you may need.

What happens if I miss my trials date?

If you are unable to attend your scheduled trial, please inform us as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule you for another date, depending on availability.

What are the fitness requirements to join the team?

Players should be in good physical condition and ready to participate in rigorous fitness and skills assessments. It’s essential that players maintain a level of fitness suitable for competitive cricket. Our trials will include a fitness evaluation to ensure all candidates meet the team’s requirements.

Do I need to sign the indemnity form to participate in the trials?

Yes, all players must sign and submit the indemnity form before participating in the trials. This form ensures that you are fit for physical activity and that you release Ashtra Titans from any liability during the selection process.

What happens after I’m selected to the Core Team?

Once selected, you will be officially inducted into the Ashtra Titans team. You will sign an official contract to play for the team. A Refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 11,000/- will be payable. The Security Deposit will be refunded upon layoff from the team. Our coaching staff will work closely with you on improving your skills and preparing you for upcoming matches. You’ll receive a training schedule, kit details, and other team-related information.
